I've had this problem once and it ended up being a bad pickup coil inside distributor. Not saying that's your problem but maybe worth looking into.

Check fuel pressure again maybe with a different gauge. If injectors are clicking and void light is flashing. It is a fuel related problem if you have fuel pressure and volume to the throttle body the problem is on the throttle body. Sounds like something is plugged.

I'd put a tee in the line and check it there.

On early TBI vehicles they make a log with fuel pressure test port that can be inserted where the fuel filter is. However, if you have 15psi, noid flash and no fuel pulse either line is crushed/plugged or there is an issue inside the TBI unit as Ricko suggested. Suppose the larger line could be loosened at the TBI unit to check for fuel but disable ingition first.

If you are deadheading the pump and only have 15psi you have a bad pump,a plugged sock a plugged line or similiar

checked fuel pressure with new gauge. gauge shows no fuel pressure. changed fuel filter, same no pressure. looks like pump.

Check fuses and fuel pump relay for power in and out with ignition on.

Dead head is where you test the pressure right at the fuel line from the pump,not allowing it to also pass through the FPR and throttle body. Remember when I said I'd put a tee in and check pressure there,that would not be dead head. Dead head pressure will be higher and 15 psi deadhead is not enough for TBI

I put this together based off Lars' version at the corvette forums. Put it between the carb inlet and end of the fuel line that connects to the carb. Tailor it to your needs ofc. This checks the head pressure while closed and you can see the pressure while the car is running.

Ah didn't realize this was TBI. My bad. Maybe this will help, maybe it won't. I would also recommend you get an electronic pump if you don't. Physics says you can probably put two Edelbrock 17301s in series to get the desired pressure and wire them up in series so they're getting the same current......I'll shut up now
