I ain't even going to ask for a 4-door cab. Just PLEASE offer proper rocker panels for crew cabs and Suburbans!

...and rear wheel housings for Burbs! Pretty please with cherries on top!

@TotalyHucked
All these Wish List items will have to wait until he reproduces the embossed trim for my Blazer. I KNOW he’s working on it. :D

Oh trust me, I'm not giving up on it. Those are on my "request" list that I bring up any time we have a meeting about what to do next. They already hate me for bugging them for GMC parts lol

I very much appreciate it! I can understand the delay for Burb-specific stuff since they are just beginning to gain in popularity. But crew cabs have been desirable trucks for a number of years now.

And that cab is about how much I have into the K20 not including the wheels and tires….
I’ve never seen these before. Who are these marketed to? Not the Saudis, they just buy clean overpriced whole trucks. Seriously, I could see if these trucks were super rare and super valuable and dropping $8-12k for a bare cab that presumably has the right size holes for the doors and windows actually was somewhat a necessity.
Buy a clean cab from (pick the location) and haul it or ship it home. I spent $1000 shipping a mower that was about the same size and weight halfway across the country. A bare cab should be similar cost.
Or to put it another way, the same $ as shipping one of those ‘glass cabs. So actually $0 if comparing.

Call someone parting out squares in the PNW. Good burb bodies usually go to the recycler, no one wants them out here. Actually.

I know a guy already. Been there, done that. I own quarter panels and wheel housings from Washington. But even good rear rockers are hard to find there.

Shipping is also expensive.

Omg. That cab is only $.01 less than I spent on the 77 and a got a rust free shiny original paint truck that was rebuilt stem to stern.
Who would buy that cab?
I would i

Because it's cool, my 83 the cab is mint but the 75 is rough enough I would consider it eventually donor cabs are going away my 75 was going to be gutted and crushed frames perfect cabs decent roof is rough roof skins exist but basically impossible to find I can get everything else just about sheet metal wise new but a cab otherwise good running truck big block 4speed I was thinking about turning it into a old school prerunner nothing crazy just something to haul my dirt bike to the desert some camping
