Which wire do I need to tap into?

I love wire nests.. this is a mess. I do thank you all for your help, I greatly appreciate it. That red wire that you mention, runs behind the fuse box.

I may have figured it out? I am not sure what a stock neutral safety switch buckle/connector is supposed to look like on the bottom side (the yellow and purple wire connector), but mine appears to have some type of plastic cap which I’m assuming it is covering a bridge wire from the yellow to the purple wire? It almost looks like someone melted some plastic over the bottom side of the connector to cover the tiny bridge wire? Just for giggles, I cut the yellow wire because I was getting tired of tracing wires and the plastic cap at the end of the buckle looked strange to me... and the truck wouldn’t start. Thanks for the help guys!
