I've had both, but in the painted versions. They fit well and were equal in quality. I also have the coated Hedman Elites, they have thicker tubes and flanges, not sure if the coated Hookers are upgraded too.

How long have you had the Hedman Elites? How is the coating on them holding up?

why not get the summit ceramic coated ones they are cheaper.

I've only ran flowtechs, dynomax etc.

How long have you had the Hedman Elites? How is the coating on them holding up?

It's been almost a year and a half I think, but about two winters. There's a couple little specs of orange starting to show up here and there, mostly down low where there is some dried mud packed in them. They seem to be holding up well despite being in a truck that is not friendly to headers. I think later this year they will get moved to the K5 trail truck and REALLY get tested.

Thanks i think ill go with hedmens sounds like they good quality and there thicker pipe so should be little tougher.
