I can tell you if they're "rare" and worth thousands of dollars they still look like $hit in their current condition. If you like them refinish them and run them

They aren't GM. I'll guess Jeep/AMC. They have the 3 screw holes to retain factory caps.

Yeah, the full size Jeeps did. I'm not sure when it started, but mid 70's and newer for sure.

I like them because they look like stock car wheels. Paint them black and put some yellow arrows on them.
