Look into fuel rims. They have a negative offset. I'm going 20x12s aswell just on smaller tires and way less lift. I know of a guy on a diff forum who runs these with this setup without rub.
I have yet to see a square with a set of fuels on it. Ive seen alot of gmt400s on up to the new trucks running them, but yet to see a square.
I think a 12 inch wide rim would cause a rub no matter what, but backspacing around 5 inches I think would be ideal (never messed with the big rims, but it should clear?). If you have too much backspacing, you will rub the drag link on a right turn.
