What's this called part number?

Replacing rotors and found this. Cam follower. Or is it supposed to be in two pieces? There's a tooth missing also. This is plastic it doesn't stick to a magnet. Anybody got a part number. 82 k15. It's a 10 bolt.

After watching several videos of YouTube on this. I'm the only one who has this damn piece of plastic in the hub go figure. Custom? Oh the first 4 lug nut I came across was probably torqued to 598 lbs. Damn socket wanted to slip off the nut, kinda like the scarecrow from wizard of oz walking for the first time just falling down /off . because Arnold Schwarzenegger tightened it down. Had to take an impact to it. And the washer behind that nut that should just pull out is infused with the other 4 lug nut behind it. Great job Arnold thanks for the plastic.
