Ran across a few booths at an antique store Saturday that had some good stuff for tools. I couldn't pass up this bucket of sockets and extensions for $8 lol

I ended up grabbing several wrenches for $1/$2, a couple pairs of pliers for $3 and a couple more odds and ends from this booth. Told the GF we may make this place a monthly visit lol

we've got a vendors mall up the road. Similar to your pics is whats in there. It's been years since I've been in there. May need to hit it up again.

Looks like a place that Mom would not want me to go, if I had any $$ because I wouldn't have any when she got me outta there.... Dad would have enjoyed it.

I got a bunch of sockets, a couple of ratchets and a few other odds'n'ends at a friend of a friend's yard sale last month, for $10. Almost all the sockets were brand new snap on and both the ratchets were American made Craftsman. Super deal!

I wanted to get more stuff, but a lot of what they had was things I already have or don't need. And they got over $300 of my bux for part of the guy's dad's toy car collection.... including this:
(Drool all ya want, it's already sold.....)
These were rare when they were released in 2008, and they are super scarce now. As far as I know, they only made a red one and an antifreeze yellow-green one.

There are several vintage yellow 83 Silverado Hot Wheels out there....but it has to have the red Modern Classics card and the Spectraflame paint, to be one of these. And I've heard there are reproductions out there....
Hot Wheels Wiki says the yellow one was only a prototype...if that's true, then it got out into a Walmart in the greater Houston area because that's where I found it, back in 2008-09. I had one, and a red one, at different times and shows in that time range.
There is a Spectraflame yellow one from 2011-12 that's a Super Treasure Hunt; it's got a white stripe graphic on the side. Looks kinda like the Legends Tour 83 Silverado from a couple years ago, but yellow instead of pink. Once the pink one gets cheap enough, I might eventually get one..... it's a nice piece but I'm not spending "truck parts" money/prices on a "toy" to hang on the wall!

@78C10BigTen those are some of the strongest pliers I have ever seen. Got a pair maybe 20 years ago and have used the heck out of 'em. Pulled a stuck plug out of transfer case using a 4 foot cheater...........piece of cake
