Wanted the pearl blue handle, but I can change that out whenever I want. I prefer the comfort grips but these hard handles are really nice. Just a stubby guy, I already fight the urge to over tighten stuff, so this should help lol. Slight addiction to ratchets..

Was planning on picking one of these up for a while. With the -70F we had last week I decided to finally get it. Pretty nice little unit, I would even say "cute" it's all metal, almost looks like a baby battery booster. The cords are about 7 feet, the clamps are decent quality and clamp pretty well. Has a quick change end. The lights tell you when it's charging, when it's I think it said 80% charged, and full charged. I've had the smaller plastic version, I like this brand a lot.

I finally graduated from squeezing the terminal in my vice with a ball bearing or rod. Like many things, it would’ve worked better if I had three hands.
The prehensile penis would be handy, no?

Tools are getting amazing, Found this and they are listed as a tap, not a drill set. They work awesome and they are stubby so you can get in places a drill bit won't. Bonus 1/4 chuck so they work with a impact also.

I'm gonna have to get a set of those. If they work as well as their wrenches (my only experience with that brand) then I'm sure they are awesome.

Went to HF to get just a few things. The brick chisels are great for body work dollies. The mini screwdriver set is great for body panel alignment, and I needed the small torx bits. The sales lady told me the 2 ton floor jack was on sale for 99, but was ringing up as 69....I seen the 10mm set for 7 bucks. If I break or loose them it's no big deal.

I had to buy myself a crimper after seeing this one.
Came with cutters, a seal rebuild kit, and gloves! Lol

Goes to 2/0.

Yah that's the better tool. The iWiss long handle crimper does not handle the geometry properly for really clean crimps.
If the ferrules are not sized for the wire correctly, such as stainless ferrules, vs aluminum ferrules, vs copper ferrules, the diameter of the crimp might need to be performed in stages. You might need the dogs for the SAE and the Metric sizes to crimp correctly.
Choose your crimper wisely, unless you buy the $$$$ version for every standard size you crimp.

The iWiss long handle wire crimper for 6ga to 2/0 is a fail, in my opinion.
The angle of the crimp squishes the material of the ferrule out the other side and forces you to re-crimp to compress the ejected ferrule back into the crimp.
It's not holding weight, and it's not right, so it will work for now and will be replaced.

The only issue with the hydro units is the age of the o-rings from Hunan.
No telling how old these are in the pump units. Most likely years out of date of the rubber seals, despite the lube in the cylinder.
If they use proprietary o-ring sizes, you'll need metric o-ring cord and super glue to fabricate your own new seals from modern made materials.

Took a chance on the long handles and not impressed.
Finding usefull non-out-dated o-ring cordage or HEI fuel line hose:

Priceless.

I bought some weatherhead sockets off the snappy truck today. Not all the sizes, just the 4 that were on the truck. I'll measure to see what other sizes I actually could use and order them too.
