on the 90 v1500 burb -

helicoiled some stripped wheel centercap cover holes to keep the covers from flying off, replaced some vac lines for the cruise control, replaced the wiper pulse module to hopefully correct some delay wiper issues.

Finally finished the interior of my 1977 K10. New seat cover, new gauges and dash bezel, and best of all a new steering wheel to replace the original which was constantly sticky no matter how often I cleaned it!

I actually had someone recover it for me, and they did a fantastic job. You can see their work here:

Thanks, I usually install my own seat upholstery but yes they do fine work.
My last seat cover was made by B62 upholstery because I’ve been disappointed with the aftermarket choices. I did get a decent one through LMC Truck, but still not as good as hand made. I’m still hopeful that some vendor sells a quality item.

That tractor paint I used to paint my truck really has faded since September, so I started wet sanding it with 800 and it's one hell of a difference.

The doors are off of a '73 and still have factory paint.

Though the color match isn't perfect, I think I got the patina match pretty close.

Installed my new front sway bar, installed my new interior pieces, headliner looks good.

the reproduction trim pieces don’t line up, don’t fit well and pretty much are garbage.

now gunna look for a junkyard set unless someone has a better alternative

jjester, lookin good!
Hey, FYI, front 4x4 hubcaps like you have on your truck are harder to come by than the bow tie ones.
And yours look in good shape. Bet you could easily trade someone for a set of bow tie caps or maybe even make a couple bucks on the deal.

Been really busy between school and work so haven't really done much with projects, but did finally get around to doing something I have wanted for longer than I have had my 76, the Dual Snorkel air cleaner with two factory snorkels. Thanks to @bucket for trading and getting me some donor snorkels.

Then as figures the next day my alternator decided to call it quits and spit what was left of the brushes out the back, so had to steal the junkyard 12si I had on the 79 for it.
Looks just like mine also except the roof. Never understood why my roof matchs the rootbeer. Btw i know you didnt tag me but...
