That looks like the same stock set up I had in my '79 K15. You can measure the distance from eye to eye on the shocks and determine what you need.

I got this off Rockauto's site. It's for a stock height ACDelco HD rear shock

Compressed Length 14.31"
Travel Length 8.88"
Fully Open Length 23.18"
Shock Stroke 8.88"

A stock 4wd is 8.5" from the bottom of the frame to the top of the FRONT axle tube, so if your truck measured 12.5" then 12.5" - 8.5" = 4" lift.

Fully compress and measure, do the same at full droop.
