Just like the title says, stock 1987 V10 with the 7/8” tie rod setup. I’m replacing the tie rod ends anyway so figure why not upgrade to the 1” setup since as far as I know the steering stabilizer hole is in the same place, the whole 1” setup fits same as the 7/8” setup.

Anyway, here’s a pic of what I’ve got in my shopping cart at rockauto. The big end, the little end, and the adjuster. Do these parts numbers look right? That’s all there is, right? The 2 ends and the adjuster? Just want to make sure I’ve got everything I need ordered in before I start in on it. Thanks!

The 1 inch has the bar and the drivers side tie rod in a one piece configuration. So you'd need the "tie rod bar" and the adjuster and the short tie rod for the passenger side.

My truck could use new tie rod ends. I went to rockauto and saw that they had 2 styles offered, the 7/8 setup I’ve got with 2 short ends and a 7/8 center bar and then the 1” setup with the long and short end with the center adjuster. Looking on here and a couple other places I saw folks say that when it’s time to change them out it’s worth it to go ahead and upgrade to the 1”. I just wanted to post that pic and make sure I got the part numbers right.
