valve seals on 305

My 86 has the factory 305 in it and I replaces valve seals on it right after I bought it. I used the o-ring style. ive noticed that Im still burning oil on the passenger side. is there a better style seal I can use?

Umbrella Style Viton seals are the cream of the crop.

Are they the blue intake seals and the plastic exhaust seals?
