Well its time to put in a new clutch. I've never replaced or even worked on a clutch before so any tips would be much appreciated. I'm looking for a stock replacement clutch such as this http://www.summitracing.com/parts/zzz-mu5505-1 . would this be the correct clutch for my setup? also i'm debating whether to resurface the flywheel or just buy new. opinions? thanks

Yeah, that would be a great clutch to use. I prefer having the original flywheel resurfaced. The aftermarket replacements are usually fine, but sometimes you run into issues with improper balance or poor quality material.

Zoom is a really good manufacturer for the price. I have a zoom ceramic disc in my k25. I'd reccomend the ceramic if you do a lot of hauling or pulling with your rig. It just takes a little gettin used to driving the ceramic

I prefer the OE flywheel too, but I'd let the condition decide. If it's heat checked real bad, or going to have to alot taken off to smooth it out, then replace it. Otherwise, have it machined and keep is best if you can.
