I am having an absolute time with the breaks. I can’t not seem to order the right parts to save my life. This is proving to be more of a Frankenstine.

86 k10. Had 11” drums with 2 3/4 shoes, ordered what I thought was that but with the adjuster all the at in the drum still is off by about 3/8 of an inch from going on. I can’t locate anywhere what 10 bolt has 11” drums with 2 3/4 shoes.
