TBI rebuilding service?

Are there any company's online that can rebuild my factory TBI unit out of my 87 GMC R10? Would like a few upgrades but it still needs to pass CA smog requirements. Any info would be great..

Jims86 rebuilt mine and my big block is running like a top. I just put it in a box, shipped it to his house and payed him some money through paypal. PM and ask him about it.
