i looked while at work today, you are correct on the bf goodrich in that size, didn't know they made it, thought you might be putting a swamper or something like it on, not a lot of tires in that size

when i bought my current truck it had 235 on it, i put 33s on and now have 31s on it at this time, i only have a 308 gears, when i wear these out i am going back to the 33s, truck rides so much better with the bigger tore asorbing the road bumps, not much differance in power or braking,

33`s with 3.08`s?!!! yikes....and i thought my 31`s with 3.42`s were bad! Once I get some stock width(7-8") wheels, Im going to get the stock 235`s.......More interested in stock as I get older.

yeah, you don't get a big selection in that size. BFG All Terains have always been good to me. This paticular truck I hope to be my DD soon. The other 4x4, I'll something more aggressive and won't give a rats ass about mpg. But the 2in narrower tire does give you height without all the mass, less friction on the pavement, and less weight to turn. It does make a noticeable difference.

I check and according to decal in glove box, the truck has 3.08 gears. Knowing the old guy that had it, I feel fairly certain they were not changed.

The tires on it now are nice, but just a little small. But instead of putting $800 towards tires, I think I'm going to put it towards paint first.

Thanks for all the responses!
