Will 6 bolt tahoe rims fit on a 87 chevy V10 with 6 bolt pattern? I seem to remember reading that 88 and newer chevy rims will not fit. Thanks

No they will not. The hub is too big to fit through the newer wheels. They are also too far offset and hit the brake calipers on the front.

The center opening would need bored to the correct size and you would need a set of wheel spacers. Not worth doing unless you really like the looks and can find a deal on spacers and a cheap machinist.

exactly and I'd never run spacers, just scared of them.

the bolt pattern is the same but they won't fit due to the hub.

toyota 6 lug wheels fit however, I think their center hole is bigger then chevy? and by that I mean bigger then squarebody holes.

The old ones may be larger, but I'm pretty sure the newer ones are small too.
