Tore down my motor after buyin it today and it has stock 997 heads in it . Question is do i stay with them or upgrade to a vortec head cast #906. Im gonna be running a tbi off a 454. Can anyone help me here. My local salvage yard i can go and take the vortec heads for $35. A head. Needing imput im new to motor building.
