After removing the doors etc. from the cab. Are there sections that are spot welded together that person could take apart by using a spot weld drill bit?

Yes. If you really wanted, you could dissasemble the entire cab, but you would need a LOT of spotweld bits for that many welds. There are at least 30 spot welds along the back window pinch seam alone...

I've thought of removing the blower housing area to fix the rust behind it, but some of the spot welds are at bad angles to get a bit into, due to other sheet metal.
