Now I know you guys know a lot more than I do but I recently realized that my mom was contemplating replacing her front seats in her 04 Cadillac cts they are somewhat similar to the ones o77 has in his truck but more fancy and comfortable.
Pros:
Seat mounts are very small actually the track practically mounts to the floor.
Full electric with lower back little thing that. Contores to the arch
Integrated seat belts
Head rests tilt forward
Cons:
Air bag the side of the seat
need reapulsturing (leathers all cracked plus don't want leather)
Now for the questions how hard do you guys think this mod would be? Is the air bag removable and or disabled? How hard is it to run power to them? And could I take apart the orginal seat belts and put just the belt in the seat of course along with the buckle? I'm pretty sure you won't be able to answer all of these questions but if could it would help alot. I'm also looking for a second opinion on if you guys think it would look ok and if they will be functional in my regular cab square.
Oh and also if I do it I am looking to find a jump seat that would look ok to fit inbetween them and I was thinking the one that O77 has will fit snug and look clean.
