rotor conversion? issue

The adapters went on well and allowed the wheels on with no problem. And I'm thinking that the front end has been swapped out with something else, so that's a very real possibility. The next problem solving involves figuring out what in the world has been put in there. The front portion of the frame even has different geometry than what it should look like
