My right blinker in my dash turns on when I turn on my headlights, but not when I engage the blinker arm. Also when it turns on it just stays lit and doesn't blink.

The actual blinker itself works well, its just the light in the dash that is bothering.
Did this happen to anyone else?

When I doubt, check the grounds.

Check the bulb, make sure it’s the correct bulb. Make sure the socket is clean, add a little bulb grease to keep corrosion away.

You're sure all of the turn signals are working properly? They usually stay lit if the lights arent working proper like a burnt signal filament.

Mine does the same and my bulb is clearly not operating on both filaments

Yes they all do, its really on the dash
Previous owner was an amateur electrician and installed/"fixed" a lot of "issues" he found.
We pretty much had to rewire the entire back end of the truck.

It was a bad ground on one front turn signal on my truck. Fixed sound and fixed the issue. My problem was exactly the same as yours.
