Has anyone come up with some reliable bed lights? For an uncovered bed. I'm looking for some LED's to run underneath the sides of the bed, at the top. Mounting them and wiring them up isn't a problem for me. It's finding some that will last through the years. I've had a friend that tried a couple of of the outdoor, and automotive rated LED strips. They both died inside of 6 months. Constant problems and then death.

So how would you do it? Which ones would you choose? Thank you

I'm planning on mounting 3/4 inch leds in the bedsides. The nilite brand is good. Obviously if the bed is full, they'll cover up the light but for a partially full bed, they'll work nice and all wiring is hid inside the panels.

You could also add the factory cab light. There are some nice kits that allow you to use it as a 3rd brake/ bed combo light.
