Hello All; first time posting so apologize if not familiar with posting etiquette. My first resto on my 86 K20 is underway and am struggling to identify and locate the crossmember support bracket for the rear forward spring as seen in the photo that has holes due to necrosis. Anyone know if there are repo part for this or ones for sale? Much appreciated!!

If you are talking about the one between the top and bottom of the frame, I think this is part of the bed support. It serves to strengthen the spring hangar where it bolts on, but it may not be listed as part of the hangar.

LMC does have a part called a reinforcement brace for that spring hangar, but it’s hard to tell if it’s the same part as what you need.

Yes, it's the brace between the top and bottom of frame. The reinforcement brace at lmc you mentioned is for the rearward spring holder of the rear spring.

The search continues...

I’d be surprised if there’s a repop part available for that.
Although at least they’re small pieces. If you can’t find them locally on junkers, there are plenty of guys out here parting out squares and I’d bet 99.9% of them, those pieces aren’t rusted out.
Most of the frames/chassis get scrapped so anyone would be glad to make a couple bucks and send them to you I’d think.
