I could have swore I've seen the toothed wheel on a 90 or 91 before.

My '90 didn't have one and I don't remember seeing others. S10's and Vans had the same rear ABS setup, and there weren't speed sensors on those axles either.

My '90 didn't have one and I don't remember seeing others. S10's and Vans had the same rear ABS setup, and there weren't speed sensors on those axles either.
Now that you mention it though, I know you're right about the VSS working as the wheel speed sensor on some models. I don't doubt that part a bit. I'm just trying for the life of me to remember what truck it seems like I seen the toothed wheel. I probably smoked some crack or some **** and didn't know it.

Iirc, both Dodge and Ford used a sensor on the pumpkin. I can't even begin to remember what years and models. And I'm foggy about the GM B-body too.

Well I just finished it up without changing anything and the brakes seem to work really good. I did order an adjustable proportioning valve just in case.
