really quick question

what size clutch/flywheel should i get for my sm465??? i have no clue there is 4 diffent sizes and 2 diffrent spline counts, i wish this was easy as work haha all i do is enter the vin and order a part

I thought they were all 11" and 10 spline? Unless it was the A833 that had a 12" clutch.

When I was looking for mine the fly wheel I was lookin at ac delco iirc was able to take the 11" or 12" clutch. The diaphragm type will be easier on you leg and knee and suppose to last longer. Borg and beck is the three finger one harder to push and have heard many people say one of the fingers break and trashes the clutch. Someone correct me if im wrong

And yes I thought they were only 10 spline as mentioned above

Oh we'll there is 27 spline and 10 spline but that doesn't apply to me I have a 10 and anyone run a dual friction

Mechanical or hydraulic set up?

All of the flywheels I've messed with would accept either size clutch so I always go with the 12".

K5krawler, your vehicle info is confusing. Usually when people put more then 1 year, is cause they have multiple trucks.
