That cladding really cleaned up good. What did you use to bring it back?

Those seat covers though. They're factory? Jeebus, I would expect a much better fit especially from someone who designed the seats.

I briefly worked for the supplier company that made the bumpers and cladding for the Aztek and the Rendezvous. Got to see the Aztek prototype builds and was working on the Rendezvous cladding design when I left.
They get a lot of S*#t for being ugly but were ahead of the curve for the crossover SUV craze, like a lot of other GM cars, right idea at the wrong time.

Mother's back to black.

Well, they had also been in a box since 2001.

Still looking for:

  • tent with awning
  • factory red air hose (though I took the one from the van since the air compressor in it quit a few years ago)
  • Mattress
  • Factory gray Aztek front floor mat - passenger side
  • Cupholder ashtray
  • R/C Azteks
  • Inside bike rack(s)
  • Wind/rain deflectors for all 4 windows
  • Bug deflector
  • Cargo floor liner

I can update this now.

So now I have the complete camping package, hiking package and most of the biking package.

A friend found me a set of original cloth floor mats since the cloth ones I had were from a Buick. Had to clean those up but they came out nearly perfect.

At one time I had a couple of those ash trays, I used them for holding bolts and screws when doing interior work. I might still have them.

I'd forgotten to post this pic. We were invited to a show at the local Honda dealer a couple of blocks from my home. They actually asked me to bring the 'tek. We got more attention than some of the gray market imports there, there was a 90s Acura NSX on the other side of me and the Aztek got more attention than he did.
