Problems with emissions delete

I have a 1983 Chevrolet K10 Silverado 305 V8 5.0L. I have brought this truck back to life after sitting for 8 years. I brought it to my high school shop and we did an emissions delete and swapped the quadrajet with an edlbrock. Now about three years later after driving it and improving it one part at a time I have made it run and drive as it did off the lot. The other day I noticed a hug puddle under the truck, I thought it was oil but it turned out to be coolant. I thought it might be my hoses but they don't look like they have cracks or anything in them. im going to replace them anyways but i noticed that it might be leaking form my thermostat housing. im going to replace the upper and lower hose, the thermostat housing and thermostat, but I know that the thermal vacuum switches (TVS) controll a lot of stuff like opening and closing stuff. So in summary my main concern is what all has deleting emissions messed with. also i want to add my canister back so that i can use the fumes that are evaporating from my gas tank. but all the videos ive watched are either stock vacuum stuff or they have completely deleted stuff and they have no problems. either way i need these things figured out becasue im abou to go to college and i dont want problems driving a long distance as this truck hasn't left my area every.

Coolant could be coming from water pump weep hole, which means you'll need to rebuild or replace the pump.

I don’t think your coolant leak is related to the title of your thread.
Vac canister in its simplest form, vent from tank to canister. Vent canister to carb base.
Honestly don’t think it’ll save you enough in fuel mileage to notice.

You are right, but im wondering if the primary thermal vaccum switch is causing the thermostat to not open. Also, I have the line for the tank fumes open (I have the line going in to the driver side fender) and I wanted to find a simple way of harnessing those fumes instead of letting them just go into the atmosphere in the simplest way possible without adding all the vaccum lines (only the lines necessary to operate the canister or whatever).

I have the 3 port edlebrock so are you saying fumes to canister and then T it into the pcv line?

TVS is a sensor [switch] doesn't control temp of motor. They allow [or seal] vacuum flow after a designed temp is reached. Can delete charcoal canister but will require a vented gas cap and plugging tank vent lines or you will smell fuel. Might smell fuel anyway with vented gas caps. Will be easier and better to buy a charcoal canister and hook it up correctly. Vacuum diagrams are on this site.

I have the 3 port edlebrock so are you saying fumes to canister and then T it into the pcv line?

Someone more knowledgeable will know for sure but I think to a port on the base of the carb (same concept as pcv). Could probably tee into pcv? Idk

here, i have attached 40 pics of truck setup including emissions diagram and adjusted diagram to what is left from the delete. the X's are what i have completely removed and the gray is covering up all of the lines that are gone. the port that i showed in the pics alll the way from the carb port to a vacuum tank on the passenger side. i can explain more in the morning.
