You like 'em??

Yeah, I'd rather have air bags on the springs but this is a cheap alternative. I got an extra set of brand new ones if you are interested.

They ride good for this burban, I had them in a Dodge pickup before and it rode kinda stiff with them.

it'll be winter at the earliest before I do shocks. Gotta finish installing the weatherstripping, get a good polish & wax, and radiator before it gets cold. I'm also scaling back because I've got to buy tags in Nov, anniversary in Oct., Xmas and a family trip in Dec. I'll be lucky if I can't afford to buy friggin' lunch!

Guess I also need to make sure they're the same since your's is a heavier burb and 4WD.

Use a wire brush on a angle grinder and power power deruster then prime and paint it with rustoleum.

Then you'll be rusted again within just a short amount of time especially when rocks come up and hit your frame and chip off that paint. You need a more durable finish than that to truly protect your frame from rust.

My buddy who sells it says you can spray it.....but that you should use a spray gun you don't mind replacing, since it can easily ruin a gun if you don't thoroughly clean it within the curing time.

He also said that if you scuff it before it fully sets (within about an hour of putting it down) you can paint directly on it. Otherwise, if you wait too long, you'll need to spend a lot of time working a DA sander.

^^^100% correct.

...and if you go the "brushing it route" use brushes that you plan on throwing away cuz there is no cleaning them once they are used with POR15. Also wear clothes you don't care about when applying it.

the rust reformer is a convertor. you can/should paint over it when you get a chance.
