I found a set of aluminum tall valve covers on Craigslist $50 couldent pass it up. Now my pvc rattles like its spinning inside. I can feel it vibrate and pulling it out its definitely the pcv. Ive replaced it with a new one still does it. Any thoughts on why?

Ya i know its supposed to rattle.. off the vehicle theres a check ball one way valve thats loose in there if it didnt it would be clogged. But it never did it while on the other cover. and it rattles at a high speed to where u can hear it over the engine and feel it vibrating harder then your phone constantly vibrating.

It may just be the taller covers, more room to make more noise.

Does the new valve cover have an oil baffle under the pvc valve?

It's going to such oil through the pvc valve and probably foul the #1 spark plug after a while. The baffle might quite the valve down some also.
