So, on my 1973 chevy c10, the parking brake won't push in at all...not even a little. Also the brake light is on constantly on my dash.

Do you guys have any idea what this could be, or where to start looking.

Thanks fellas

Sounds like a frozen/seized emergency brake cable/s.

Here is a dwg of your parking brake cable set-up. I would disco the 5 sections from each other at connectors 5 & 6. That should help find the one(s) that is (are) stuck. Parts 8 & 9, although they look like cables, are just guide springs. Have plenty of PBlaster on hand to free them up. Or maybe get new ones.

Geez, I don't know - yours sounds a bit more critical, as in not a binding cable.

You might want to pull your drums and check for worn/loose linkage or pivot points, star adjusters, broken return springs or extremely worn shoes.

But anyway, I believe that your cables are laid out as above. All the trucks were the same and changed in 1984, regardless of GVW.

Hey I just noticed you're from Texas. Why do you even use the parking brake - no hills in Texas.
