Made some progress on stripping the interior in my sons square. Plan on doing a original/modern mash up for him with new tech but want to try an keep the look of the 85.

How is this build going?

I've always wanted to do exactly this. A modern interior with the classic squarebody exterior look. And wondered how it would all fit and where you're sourcing parts from.

I guess in short it woukd be like deboss garage f tree kitty build. Where he has an OBS Ford with a modern king ranch interior and ?front clip? (The firewall dashboard part, not sure what it's called). Anyways he's got multiple videos detailing his build. I imagine many users here are subscribed to his channel

But with a sqaurebody chevy.
Anyways, I'm wondering what modern chevy would fit well woth an old squarebody to have *some* creature comforts from a modern vehicle.

Looks like a fun build though
