For your question about mounting the Sirius antenna inside the cab? Never thought of doing that, but I would have to think that it was designed to be installed on top of the cab facing towards the sky for a reason. Heck, I couldn’t even get a signal while inside my steel shop, so I would think there’d be interference if mounted inside the cab.
For the sound deadening inside the doors, I don’t have any real good photos, but I put layers on the inside of the door skin only. With the interior panel removed, and the glass rolled up, it’s a pretty easy task. I have as much of the outer skin covered that I could reach. It makes all the difference for sure.
