Sorry guys, I'm not sure why they're all sideways.

Thanks Jerry

I would say for starters get a couple cans of carb cleaner and spray all the linkages down real good while trying to move the throttle back and forth.

I would also check and make sure that the Secondary Throttle -Blade Lockout tab is allowing the secondaries to open. You need to check with the engine fully warmed. Its a little tab on the passenger side that locks the rear secondary throttle shaft from rotating until the engine is warm.

I circled it in red

I just came into a 75 K20 with a 292 i6, 4 speed manual. Went to bring it home and had the same issue. Starts fine, idles fine. 1st, 2nd, gear no problems. Getting up to speed in 3rd and more so in 4th, it's like she chokes out and starts sputtering. I was thinking carb issue. It has a Rochester mono jet. Anyone have thoughts there?

Is it RPM related sounds like maybe it is a clogged fuel filter or mechanical fuel pump on the way out.

I can pop it out of gear, rev the engine and it comes out of it. Back in gear and right back to sputtering.
