It's rather involved but well worth it if you're wanting a "upgrade" and a fold down center console type. With this I can sit 3 people in the cab with seat belts but still have the fold down console when it's just me in there. I also like the integrated seat belts a lot (the main reason I went this route) and the seats are extremely comfy.

Hmmm..... Wonder how much if any modification it would take to put a set like that in my burb.....
