New guy to the forum.

My name is Mike, and I have a 87 heavy half scottsdale that was built in Flint Mi and lived it's hole life around the same city. My truck is a old farm truck and a rust bucket but I love it. I like the way these kind of forums can lend a hand to answering questions about problems with my truck. I stumbled across this forum while looking for lift kits and shackel flip kits, and it seemed cool. Just wanted to intro myself and let ya know what I'm playing with.

Hey Mike !!! Always like members who sign up, and do an intro letting us know how they found us and a little about their truck. You get an A-. Only thing that would have knocked it outta the park would be a couple pics of your rig !!! So let's see'em buddy !!!

And help is never a problem here. Just start you a thread in the proper category, and help is usually close behind. If not, at least someone to tell you who the go to guy is on your paticular problem or issue at hand.

The First two are from the day I got my hands on the truck. The last is after the original engine blew up. I was in the middle of an engine swap when I noticed that the drivers side fender and inner fender well were totally rotted out. I did find a fender to replace it with and bought a new inner for it as well. The only problem is that the new inner that I bought was the wrong side. I guess I got a little click happy when I was ordering from LMC.

That's what I'm talking about !!! A+. We got pics. Certainly a worthwhile project. It's hard not to get click happy at LMC. Funny thing about Cart on the internet, they aren't like the ones in Walmart. They don't ever get full so you keep adding and adding, til next thing you know, you have to start putting things back on the shelf cuz you don't have enough cash !!!
