    Hmmm, yeah, no other options there. It's real easy to setup with a bank account and email. I had mine for a few years, it's very secure. Maybe you know somebody who has an account you can give the money too and have them pay for ya?

    Correct. This rule prevents spammers from dropping in and peddling their useless shit. Also the 50 posts are supposed to be somewhat useful, not a quick 50 of "that's nice" and "cool mod" to rush to 50 posts but the rule is somewhat flexible.
