Does anyone have any experience with dismantling this kind of locking hubs? I wanna change rotors and wheel bearing. But now I'm stumped, there's some play in it but it don't want to budge, I don't know if it just needs force and is being stubborn or there is something I'm not seeing.

There is a snap ring that holds the lock. In your picture at about 4 o'clock you can see the points of the snap ring. Need to get in with 2 small screw drivers and pry it out.

Spray the whole thing with rust cutter and clean it out. You may need to tap the lock in a little to release some pressure on the snap ring.

If you got all of the snap ring out, then just rust is holding it.

I already removed one snap ring, could there be another?

There is supposed to be an inner, around the axle shaft and an outer, just inside the hub. Like Wayne said you can see the ends about 4 o'clock. You got the one on the axle.

back it up.

wdytm one on axle shaft? photo? i dont recall two on the outer part.

I removed one on the outer part, everything can turn sererate from the rest of it, there's a little play but nothing seemed to wanna move, I've read some have a "keeper screw" but this one dont seem to, stumped at this point. Maybe you have bang the rotor off from behind?

The inner one I am talking about was around the axle shaft, the splined part. There is one just inside the big round part(hub)that has to come out. As I said and Wayne said you can just barely see the ends of it at about the 4 o'clock position. Gotta use a pick or something small to catch it and pry it out. Gonna be tough cause of all the rust

Oh I see. and yeah, snap ring pliers are your friend here.

No idea if this is any help - I just disassembled mine a couple weeks ago to pull the axles apart. This is the list of parts in reverse order to how they came out.

With the outer larger snap ring out, all that is holding it is rust.

You can not just bang the rotor off. There is one nut, a lock ring and a second nut holding the hub bearing on the hub shaft. You need to remove the rest of the locking hub before you can remove the hub nuts.

Spray more rust cutter, thread some bolts back into the lock and pull on them with pliers.

So your saying once I take out the outer larger snap ring it should just pull out? I've tried everything every put a pullers on it and it won't come off. It sounds freely and there's some spring to it when u push it in and out. I feel like there something simple or technique that im im missing

Nope, all that is coming out though is parts 8&9 from above.
But something is amiss. Ddi you remove the small c clip on the shaft yet?
Because the shaft should be sticking out past piece #11 with the small clip on it. Or the whole thing is already part way out.
Either way, big clip, #8&9 come out, little clip, #11-14 come out then take off the bearing retaining nuts.
Presumably you're not trying to pull the rotor off yet?

I find that penetrating oil is not enough... need to use some beer as well.
