Like title says the slave cylinder will no longer bolt up because the headers are blocking it. This is a frame up rebuild and i did not see this coming. Its way too long to bolt in. So, is hydraulic throw out bearing and a new master cylinder my only choice and if so which one.

Thanks, BC

I got nothing because of no LS experience.

Are you on FB?

Pic please. Would you have room to go with a pull type slave, instead of a push style slave.Wilwood and some others make them. Probably on your own fabbing rear bracket.

Don’t be afraid to “modify” the headers… :)

In the "Classic Truck Federation Badass Trucks" group (sort of a Gulf Coast group) there's a guy name TC Cameron that's currently working on a square body with an LS / manual trans (2wd) using a hydraulic T/O bearing, he may have some info for you.

Huh,gotcha beat I am absolutely positive I've been 1 step forward 97 and half steps backwards more than once
In this case, I would probably opt for the hydraulic t/o bearing . Another example of why headers suck. Hooker manifolds for the win.
