Lower control arms?

i ordered a set of complete upper and lower control arms .. The uppers are correct identical to the worn out factory pieces however the lowers are from what I can tell for a C20/30 , they have the pressed in sleeves not the rubber bushings and a larger ball joint stud .. I have a set of Beltech drop spindles , can I just ream the spindle to the C20 ball joint size or am I entering deep water with alot of other possible problems ? Thanks for all / any help oh my truck is a 74 stepside c10

Send them back and get the correct lower control arms. Don't compromise your and your families safety by modifying the wrong part to fit when the correct parts are available.
