Will a k5 blazer transmission bolt right upto my k10? If not what transmission will be a perfect drop in and go? 4x4 long bed

Yes, and the later ones ('87 and up) are more reliable.

So it will bolt right up, no messing around... drive shafts will also work?

So it will bolt right up, no messing around... drive shafts will also work?

Jep! Any 4x4 700r4, and if it's a later one with the driver-drop transfer case, your passenger-drop transfer case will bolt right up in place of it.
