The evaporator box on my K10 got broke and so far not having any luck finding a replacement. Considering repairing it but not sure what type of glue/epoxy/etc would be the best and strongest for it. The piece that broke out of it is the dryer bracket.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

If not concerned about being 100 percent original. I'd cut a patch out of gutter flashing for inside the box smear it with jb weld. Put the patch in the box stick the broken parts to the patch and secure with some poprivets

In the old days, haha. We would grind off some of the non-essential plastic and mix it with acetone to create our own glue that matched perfectly

I’ve probably got 1 or 2 spare boxes in the barn. Will try to remember to look when I get home from work

VR1967 - If you do have one and the price is right I'll sure take it.

I repaired my box using fiberglass mat and resin. I put several layers of cloth on it. I used the resin sparing on each layer and let it dry before adding another layer.

I've never really messed with fiberglass. But was considering that as an option. I'm sure there's youtube videos that could get me through it.
