Hi all,

I'm David. Just wanted to call out @AuroraGirl, @Randy and Easton and @mtbadbob - thank you to all! I have a '91 Burb (now). 7.4L, 4L80, etc. It has an electronic speedometer and the odometer quit working so I removed the gauge cluster and sent it off to have it refurbished. Getting the cluster out after the bezel and all screws were removed took about an hour and I don't even know how I got it out. After all the screws were out, it was still in there very tight and solid. I managed somehow to get it out, though. I got it back from the rebuilder and then proceeded in a very frustrating several hours of fiddling with it trying to get it back in. I finally came here and searched for "cluster" and found this thread: Instrument Cluster Installation. After reviewing this thread and input from everyone about how to get it back in, it took all of 15 minutes to get it back in. Thank you very much!!

Thanks,
David
