inner fender question

ok so i need both inner fenders on my 89 v3500 badly and i got a 83 1/2 ton parts truck that has good ones.
Will they fit with the 89 outer fenders?
If not can i use the 83 inner and outer fenders but keep my 89 grill and hood?

thanks Towman i wasn't sure because that part numbers to order new ones seam to be different but I guess ima start taking apart the parts truck
