Hydraulic Bellhousing

Got a hydraulic bellhousing out of an '87 4.3/SM465 truck. Casting number is 15530202 with an HI over it. I want to put it in my '83 K10 and convert to a hydraulic clutch. It looks the same size as the bellhousing in my truck. Just want to make sure a 12" clutch will fit. A buddy of mine is building me a 400 sb to replace my oil burning 350.

It should be the very same bellhousing that was used on the V8 trucks. I'd be surprised if a 12 inch didn't fit.

just a heads up i just did a hydro clutch in my suburban. i went auto to mechanical clutch to hydro. so i have seen all 3 pedal boxes. and the 1986 hydro clutch pedal box looked the same as the 90 silverado hydro clutch pedal box. don't know if they are but i passed up on the silverado pedals cause they didn't look like they mechanical pedals so i pulled the pedals out of an 86 and ill be they looked just like the 90. sooo if you have access to good pickNpulls maybe see about the later pedals they are WAY more common
