Hey guys/gals just writing my first post to say I'm glad to be on the site and am enjoying everyone's builds.

Also wanted to ask if anyone else deals with Jegs and their same day shipping? I've ordered from them twice in the last two weeks hoping to get actual same day shipping. I think they count it as same day when they manage to print a label and not when it actually gets handed to a delivery driver. Anyone else experienced this?

I don't buy from Jeg's so can't help you there. I do see vendors that print ship tags and it takes a day or two for tracking to show it is picked up and on the way.

I usually deal with Summit. I can usually get stuff in a 24 - 36 hr window, depending on what time of day I order.

Yep, it is pretty handy. Although now I have to drive all the way into the middle of Columbus, they closed the one that was on the west side of town.

Thanks guys their ears must've been burning because my torque converter made it out the door last night! It arrived in Hutchins, TX around an hour ago so I should have it in hand tomorrow when I get home from work. Now all's I have left is replacing six valve springs on one of my heads so I can bolt them up, drop on the intake and prime the oiling system!
