Ok I haven't seen this anywhere I was woundering if there is an aftermarket head light for my 89 burb that isn't the old school glass and metal sealed beam I'm looking for a plastic housing so I can put in hideaways (as this is a plow truck)

Check E bay. They have all types and sizes of the polycarbonate ( square and round) lenses with and without the led daytime running light option. I found a set of four 4x6 housings for $50 with the led drl's built in.

I would need the whole housing to be plastic to be able to drill a 1 inch hole for the strobe head

I wanted to do lights like these but don't I need to do like a new wiring harness or something I don't know someone please help me

Sounds like you want the composite headlights that are super common all over ebay, amazon, etc.

Get the size housing you want and you'll be able to drill them no problem.

You could also put the strobes in just the bottom housing which is all plastic. I will probably do that eventually. Unless the plow covers it?
