My driver side (left) header appears to be hitting my leafspring. I have an occasional rattle sound under certain driving conditons. Has anyone ever experienced this? If so, what precautions did you take?

It's common with some headers. You can heat and tweak the header so it doesn't rub, or just let it be. Eventually it can rub a hole in the header (like after several years and 40K) but you can just weld up the hole and it will be fine again until the rest of the header rots out. I've never done that before though...

Add more lift until the header clears the springs. I apologize, but that was funny.
