Really two questions.....

I have an '84 GMC K1500.

1) Are the original tanks baffled or not. I am going to pull them and replace both original sending units, hoses and the six port selector valve.

2) Which sending units have been the most durable and accurate?

only 87 and up with TBI had baffles from the factory . As far as sending units OEM is almost always the best , not sure on the aftermarket ones
